Symlinks in Windows XP

Want to use *nix style symbolic links in Windows XP? You are very much welcome!

The fantastic Junction utility does the job perfectly! The symbolic links can even indeed cross the disk borders. WARNING! Be careful not to delete them though, as it may result in data loss!

You can try also Winbolic, but it does not seem to work correctly in creating them, though it is rather handy for removing symlinks/junctions when they are not needed any more.
