Find geographic coordinates in Google Maps

So you are studying a map in Google Maps and you want to find out what are geographic latitude and longitude of a particualar place.

Easy.

Just right-click your mouse at the point of interest and pick “What’s here?”. The coordinates show up in the Google  search box at the top left of your screen.

Now you can enter these coordinates into your GPS navigator.

    Thanks! I was actually just clicking around trying to figure this one out since this site (http://itouchmap.com/latlong.html) couldn’t find the address i was plugging in.

      As of Google Maps, this feature is so much needed by so many people that it would have to be implemented in a bit more obvious way. Still, luckily, it turns out to be there after all…

    If they just carried this feature to android. I use it all the time on my desktop for planning trips, but its not on the mobile side. The only thing Ive found is GeoPin for android, it uses google maps and you have to be online to load the maps, even though you can move around and get to coordinates, its still a blank map.
