Browse Nokia N70 via Bluetooth on Ubuntu 10.10

I have been experiencing multiple problems when trying to use the default functionality of Ubuntu 10.10 for accessing my NOKIA N70 smartphone over Bluetooth. Finally I have come to several methods how this can be done. One of them is this.

1.) hcitool scan

Gives you MAC address of your phone.

2.) obextool --obexcmd "obexftp -b ##:##:##:##:##:##"

Substitute the ##:##:##:##:##:## with the MAC address which you acquired in step 1.

Gives you OBEX FTP connection and the GUI.  It look s like 19th century and is rather clumsy, but it works.
